  • How fast does Warehouse 115 ship?

At Warehouse 115, we have distribution centers across the country, which allows us to process orders quite quickly. We work with FedEx and UPS in order to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are typically received within two to four business days depending on your location.

  • Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Please note, at this time we only ship to the contiguous United States.

 

  • Does Warehouse 115 accept returns?

Warehouse 115 does accept returns; however, there are a few notable exceptions. We cannot accept returns for any used or damaged merchandise, nor can we accept any special orders or custom items. Items must be returned within seven days of receipt of your order. Also, if an item is returned due to user error (you ordered the wrong thing by mistake), you are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • How can I track my order?

When you order from Warehouse 115, we will confirm your order status by email. Once our distribution centers have shipped your order, we will send you an email that includes a tracking number from either FedEx or UPS. Sometimes our customers receive their orders before we even have a chance to input the tracking information!

We will send all order updates to the email address you provided when you placed your order. For this reason, it is important that you use a valid email address when you order from Warehouse 115.
